A new home, a new name!

Well, we finally did it: we have moved to Suffolk! So Cotswolds Designs has reemerged after a hiatus as The Lavender Loft. I still intend to grow my range of lavender here (I keep it in pots), so look forward to seeing how my plants settle in here.

There were a variety of reasons for moving from the Cotswolds, not least the fact that we could get a much bigger home for the price of our tiny cottage in the Cotswolds. We can now have rooms for our hobbies and side hustles, and having a sewing room all to myself has me happy beyond measure! Of course, Errol and Chance will be snuggled close by, as I restock the shop with new items made with the Suffolk landscape as their backdrop. I’ll upload some pictures soon.

Indeed, it’s “the boys” (my two disabled rescue dogs) who are the primary reason for moving: they now have so much room in and outside to run about and play! Chance has the zoomies daily, and Errol bimbles his way around the house and garden, finding new things to enjoy and, of course, boop.

They are snoozing by my side now. Happy bois. Happy hoomans!
